Review: Had a one year old wool rug cleaned, they returned it and it smelled quite badly. They immediately offered a free re-clean and returned the rug even smellier and completely damaged. Refused to refund the cleaning fee- and said we shouldn’t have gotten a hand tufted rug and would not do anything else besides say ‘too bad.’ No guarantees on work, ruined a 1200$ new rug, and absolutely do not trust this company with your items. Thank goodness it wasn’t a family heirloom or antique! First pic is before it was ‘cleaned’ and now covered in these brown blotches and streaks of brown.

Review: This is the second time we’ve used fuzzy wuzzy to clean our area rugs and we are very happy! A bit expensive but worth the time saved.

Review: Have been a New Era Cleaners for over a decade. I decided to use their “FREE” delivery service because I only had one day off & was not going to be able to pickup my dry cleaning before I returned to work. The first delivery was supposed to happen on the April 19th. Nothing arrived so I had to take time off work & picked up my clothes the next day. I got most of my order, some articles had already been dispatched for delivery on Monday. Monday 4/22 no clothes & now original order & the rest of my dry cleaning was going to be delivered Wednesday. Well it is now Thursday, no dry cleaning was delivered & my 6 shirts plus 1 pair of pants, which would cost around $40, I am being charged over $100! 18.75 to launder & press a shirt! They also advertise a 25% discount on your first delivery order. Obviously, that wasn’t provided to me either. The delivery service may be “free” but they charge you an OUTRAGEOUS price for the cleaning. I am absolutely disgusted with this bait & switch. Needless to say I will be looking for a new dry cleaner.
