Review: **BEWARE* *USE THEIR SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK**I will try to keep this simple and short. I emailed Lady Red Cleaning Service to request for a quote, got a response and set a date. I had to Zelle $100 deposit to move forward with making the apppointment. They gave me a number to contact to confirm the date. The communication was standard and through text. The guy told me that there would be 2 cleaners for 2 hours cleaning.Arrival was just one cleaner for the service. He rushed through the process and missed a lot of spots that we could have cleaned it ourselves. There was still dust in the corner of our windows that should have been cleaned or vacuumed. We found spots on our tub and sink/counter that was still dirty. We had to wipe it down ourselves. I get it, the guy couldn't finish the job in 2 hours and missed the mark.. but what we agreed and paid for was for 2 cleaners. We didn't receive that.After the service I emailed them about my concern. They responded back with an excuse that we were racially profiling the cleaner and ignored my concern.

Review: Generally not a person that leaves bad reviews but this was not a great experience.- Charged me $300 to clean for move out with an extra $20 fee for "extra cat hair" that was disclosed after the cleaning (there were two small piles of dust, debris, cat hair I had put aside to make it easier for him), note this is for a 1 bed that's less than 800 sqft- Didn't clean the dishwasher or cabinets (dishwasher still had food debris in it)- Didn't remove any scuffs on wall (had called it out in the beginning, only addressed it when I asked at the end)- Place was only shallow cleaned, not deep cleanedAt the end, after I paid I noticed the dishwasher wasn't clean - asked him to come back to address and he just blocked my number. Even my apartment complex property management was pretty surprised at how much he charged given how much he didn't do.Separately, the owner's responses to negative reviews here speaks volumes about his professionalism. I would look to the many other options for a more professional cleaner.
