It was when they wanted to raise the rate another 10% annually that we thought to shop around. So glad we did, because we save thousands annually.Smart - There os a big difference between a cleaner that shows up to just clean, and one that notices maintenance and safety safety issues. Michael, the owner, has years of experience, a wealth of knowledge, and great relations with other vendors. Sometimes, it's not just about doing the same task over and over again, but thinking there might be a more efficient way to accomplish the same result. That's Michael.Attention to Detail - Even though they do a great job at seeing the big picture they also see the details. Giving the building a kept up look and great curb appeal.Good Communication - Ability to work with owners as well as community managers and handling it all with such grace and ease. Keeping us all in the loop of whatever goes on at the building.Definitely an A++
