Review: --- Update --- 6/18/2424/25 sent out another cleaner to complete the deep cleaning and clean the spots that the previous cleaners missed. She did great and re-did all of the floors that were not done correctly. All the stuck on dirt, food drippings and scuff marks were scrubbed off. Then the shower was cleaned by hand to get all the missed spots as well. I appreciate that the company would send someone out to fix the issues at no additional cost! This makes me a happy customer.--- Original Review --- 6/11/24I booked a deep cleaning to really get my house in good order. I spent about 3 days organizing everything creating a path easy for the cleaners to access everything.What I got was a light vacuum and very light swifter sweeper ran over the surfaces. Any bits of goo (like honey) were left on the surfaces. Scuff marks that need to be scrubbed were completely left. When changing the sheets, they put the dirty pillows with cat hair back on the bed so there was hair everywhere. I went and got a lint roller to clean them until I realized I should just change the sheets again. This could have been avoided by leaving the pillows off the bed and asking for more pillow cases. The pillows clearly had hair on them.The bath tub still had hair on the tub and loosely in the drain. It was visible that the hair was there just upon walking in. The other bathroom still had bacteria build up in the corners.I pointed this out to them and they did go back to try to clean it with a cloth and spray, no scrub brushes. Eventually I just decided I'd have to re mop the floors and re clean the bathtub and shower. So I kindly told them they did great wiping down the surfaces and said they could leave and I'd do the rest myself since I have to just start from the beginning again. I guess I expected too much that the floors would be mopped properly. That usually includes doing a wet mop with cleaner, light scrubbing where needed, then a wet mop without cleaner. Maybe thr concept of a deep clean has changed or I was spoiled by the cleaner that I used for 5 years who did all these things on a deep clean project.
