Review: We've been using Queens Cleaners for 6 years now, and I am baffled by the other reviews here. This place is run by an older couple who know little about marketing, but a great deal about how to take care of clothing, how to value customers and how to make you feel special. I'll give two examples of what makes them special. First, I've had small tears and stains in garments that I sent in for cleaning without highlighting the damage. I never expected these things to be repaired at no extra cost, but they always have been. Second, on more than one occasion I've gone to pay them on picking up items and have been quickly reminded that I paid ahead of time when dropping off those items and picking up my previous batch. It would be easy for them to double charge me or simply not to pay attention, but that wouldn't be their style. Our loyalty to these folks is high. Lovely people.
