Review: We have been loyal customers of Rain City Maids for nearly a decade. I love that they are locally owned right here in Kirkland. The scheduling and billing is all automated and you can manage bookings online or just e-mail or call the office. They are very helpful and responsive.Lately Colleen has been our regular provider. She is fantastic. Very detail oriented. Every time I mention something to her (where the spare sheets are, the location of the compost bin) she adds them as notes to our file. She's also great with our dog. He loves it when she comes to visit (clean)! And she asks me how the cleaning is to make sure I'm happy with the service which I appreciate.
