Review: I had two comforters and one blanket to be washed. Because of the bagging system, one of them got put into a dry cleaning designated bag. The valet was nice and said he would exchange the bag, but must have forgotten, since my order was then separated and a blanket tagged for dry cleaning. I contacted Rinse as soon as I could to fix the error, and they claimed to have reached out to the team working on my order. I never heard back.My stuff is clean and they used the detergent option I requested, so that's great. But due to late pick up and delivery times, plus poor communication, I won't likely use Rinse again.

Review: It’s actually changed the game. I love old buildings but hate the shared laundry. I’m excited to start looking for a new place and put the cost savings of an older apartment to just using this laundry service. It’s not outrageous and it’s absolutely worth it. I primarily started using cause my comforter doesn’t fit in my washer, but find myself using it for more and more items. Great service.

Review: Was staying in Seattle for a business trip and used Rinse Service.The team provided my own personal Rinse bag to send clothes over to wash! I can reuse the same bag in the future to avail any future Rinse services.- Customer service is amazing. Reached out to the team for a billing enquiry, got my answer very quickly instead of talking to a robot and clicking options endlessly.- Clothes were cleaned, organized and folded well.- Pickup and Drop off was seamless.- Had an option to reschedule my pickup.- Best value for the amount I paid.Only feedback for the team would be to support other means (Mail, WhatsApp, App etc) of scheduling pickups without needing USA number. Currently one has to have USA number to use the services, luckily my brother was staying with me who had USA number, else I'm unsure if I could have used Rinse services.
