Review: Absolutely terrible. It is shocking how Sparkle Clean has 4.4 stars... We paid $300 for move out cleaning and they did a horrible job. Toilets disgusting, shower untouched - we could barely even notice they came by. Then when we challenged their cleaning they responded saying "Read the terms. Thanks". Because we waited "too long" to report their insufficient job since we had already moved out and didn't see it right away. Awful service and I would choose anyone over them.

Review: Their move out services seem like a scam. I am beyond disappointed in the services provided. I requested move out cleaning and it was hard to notice if anyone had come by at all. The toilet and bathtub were not adequately cleaned at all and dirt and dust remained on the floor. My email was never responded to and I had to pay for additional cleaners to make up for what was not completed, yet I was still charged in full.I sent photo evidence of the lack of detail provided and was not discounted for the poor service provided.
