Review: Overall experience was disappointing. Scheduling was easy but the cleaning was not thorough. For example, they missed obvious spots such as wiping underneath the soap dispensers and behind the kitchen sink. I do not think it's a good value for they money, they were here for half of the time as other cleaners at a similar price point.

Review: I've been running my apartment as a short term rental space for over a year now and Shine has done a wonderful job. Renata has been so sweet, accommodating, and responsive. My guests have noted to me how taken care of they feel in my space and how everything feels clean. Whenever I drop by to spend a night or two I feel like I'm in a hotel room. Huge kudos to her team.
