Review: I took my brand new wedding dress here to be cleaned and pressed after alterations were complete. We asked how long it would take and they said for a new wedding dress they would have it done in one week. We even followed up after dropping it off to confirm the timeline. We picked up the dress and when I went to try it on before the wedding it was covered in grey watermark stains all over the body and train of the dress. By this point we were out of town for the wedding and we had to pay a different cleaner to do an overnight clean to try and get the stains out. Sunshine did refund us for the cost of the cleaning but refused to take responsibility for the stains and refused to pay for the last minute cleaning that we had to pay for to fix their mistake. They told us that the week timeline was a rush and so they did not do their normal inspection or have time to fix the stains but they never communicated to us that they needed more time. At the end of the day, they were comfortable charging us for a poor cleaning job without even trying to fix the stains they caused.

Review: Did great work cleaning and repairing a few delicate dresses, just don't take your items in with really nice hangers because you won't get them back

Review: I brought my 2-piece suit in to be dry cleaned. Pretty much all of my buttons have been chipped or broken. This may be to be expected, I’m not sure since I just recently started owning suits.Wondering if dry cleaners offer a refund, or service to replace buttons in cases like this 🤔 or, if this happens to other people at other dry cleaners.Other than the broken buttons, I thought the service was good. Friendly staff.
